Stephanie is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) with SJB Consulting. Stephanie's approach is to look at your materials and create a new template, which she believes is the best. Once you provide her with your information, She will respond with questions about each position you are seeking in her first draft. The only way to create the best results-oriented resume for you is to provide Stephanie with what you are looking for in a position. She also asks for you to give a job description for a dream job you're looking for so that she can formulate your bullet points to align with the job description, and therefore get flagged through the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stephanie will provide you with three drafts before the final production. She offers three services: High Schoolers, College/recent grads, and Professionals.  The best part of the day is when clients text or call to say they received the Job Offer of Choice. HIGH SCHOOLERS - $150

High school students need a resume to apply to college, scholarships, employment, and internships. A $75 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

COLLEGE/RECENT GRADS - $200

The SJB Consulting's College students or Recent Grad resume is explicitly designed for the graduating student and those applying for entry-level positions. Many believe that this should be a one-page resume. I request feedback from clients to help shape your resume. Using similar techniques and methods as the executive resume, I shape your resume as a proposal making it easy for the hiring team sees that you are a match for the role. The draft will leverage all ATS requirements while ensuring readability, and a professional recruiter will review it. All feedback is incorporated into our resume writing process as appropriate. Therefore, we value insightful feedback and continuously survey the job market to help shape your resumes. A $100 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

PROFESSIONAL - $250

SJB Consulting can help you make important decisions about layout, what to include or not to include, getting a functional or a chronological resume, and so much more. We even offer career coaching as one of our additional service options. A $125 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

PROFESSIONAL FEDERAL RESUME - $350

SJB will transform your resume for the position you are going after, a $175 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion. A job announcement is needed. 

COVER LETTER AND LETTER OF INTENT 

If you want to add a Cover letter OR Letter of Intent to your resume service, please add $75. All Cover letters/Letter of Intents are $75. A $40 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

ADDITIONAL RESUMES - $150

If you want more than one resume at the time of securing your slot. A $75 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

REFORMATTED RESUMES - $100

We reformat the resume we already formatted to tailor your new position. These are for previous clients ONLY that we have already completed at least 1 resume. If not, then you will have to pay for a completely new resume.  You will receive the first draft to edit and a final draft for approval in Microsoft Word Docx and PDF. The Reformatted resumes are for current clients.  A $50 non-refundable or non-transferable deposit is due upon a signed contract; work will begin after receipt of both. The deposit goes toward the final balance due upon completion.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

All resumes will be provided in Word Docx and final in PDF within 3-14 days. All resume services can be expedited for an additional $125. 

If we have most of the information we need to get started, we are typically able to send you the first draft within 2-4 days. When you fill out and return our contract, we ask what deadlines you have (if any) so that we can work with your schedule. Every client's situation is unique, and the total time it takes depends on:

1.  How much additional information do we need to complete the order?

2.  How many drafts do we create (if it is more than 3)?

3.  How much time does it take to communicate back and forth with the writer?

HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH THE WRITER?

SJB Consultants offer phone and email communication for all orders, based on your preference. However, I will be following up through an email.

Step 2 – A contract is sent and must be signed and returned to SJB Consultants

Step 3 - A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due before services begins.

Step 4 – Preparation of resume with drafts and final resume

Step 5 – Balance of services is due within 24 hours of final resume.
